I am currently in network with Cigna/Evernorth, Centivo and Aetna if you register with Octave. If you have another provider, I can provide a super bill for you to use your out of network healthcare benefits. Ask me how this works. I can help.

I also keep a small number of slots available for clients who quality for a discounted rate at Open Path.

Why choose a “boutique” therapist?

Because I do not operate like a large medical provider, I am able to prioritize your specific needs. I keep a limited number of spots available so that I am able to prioritize your care. If you need to reschedule, I’m usually able to do so within the same week.

What is the purpose of a free consultation?

One of the best predictors of positive outcomes in therapy is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. A fifteen minute consultation gives us both the chance to talk, explore what you’d like to work on and see if my style of therapy is the right “fit” for you.
