My name is Seandor Szeles. I’ve spent nine years working with clients who are motivated and driven but struggling to find balance.
You may have high expectations of yourself (and others) but experience anxiety, burnout and perfectionism. You may care deeply for others but often neglect your own needs.

I offer therapy that is engaged, grounded, and conversational. I will listen actively, challenge when needed and collaborate to help you reconnect with what makes you you.
