Who I Work With

My ideal client is motivated and driven but struggles to find balance.

You may have high expectations of yourself (and others) but experience anxiety, burnout and perfectionism.

You may care deeply for others and find yourself in helping roles but often neglect your own needs.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to stay stuck. I believe the same traits that challenge you can also be your greatest strengths.

With the right support, these struggles can become a doorway to greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.

I’m Seandor! (Sounds like Shawn-Door)

I got into this work because I love people.

I’m curious about about others and am naturally drawn to meaningful conversations that lead to deeper self-understanding.

After nine years of walking alongside people on their journeys of self-discovery, nothing excites me more than an open-ended question and an hour to get into it.

I offer therapy that is engaged, grounded, and conversational. I will listen actively, challenge when needed and collaborate to help you reconnect with what makes you you.

Together, we’ll work on practical tools for managing anxiety, improving relationships, and finding a healthier balance in your life.   ‍

When I’m not working, I love writing, taking pictures of birds, and cooking for my family. You can learn more about me on my personal blog, where I write about psychology, spirituality and relationships.
